Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Provide and arrange financing and insurance to enhance sales and profits; Assist sales staff in financing of equipment, service or parts to customers; Prepare and administer Finance department annual budget, goals and objectives; Work with Truck Sales Managers to develop and communicate sales strategies, goals, targeted/conquest accounts, projections and budgets; Build and maintain relationships with multiple lenders so as to support all types of new and used equipment, and customer credit profiles; Adhere to all Federal, State and local credit laws and Company credit policies; Communicate credit policy, contracts, leasing and rental agreements to customers as requested; Supervise Finance Representatives and other Personnel when assigned to the Finance Department.
Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a good working knowledge of computer operation and software skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
