- An Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited university
- A minimum of 3 years of Electrical Engineering experience in electrical controls and/or power distribution equipment
- Must possess experience working effectively and collaboratively with senior management, project managers, field supervisors, designers and trades personnel to accomplish Company objectives
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office and have a working knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code and National Electric Code.
Position Details:
Keller Electrical is a leader in the custom control, switchgear, and integration business and AC/DC Motor Repair. We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Keller Electrical Engineering team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing Engineering and Equipment projects, including design, drawings, bills of material, production through Keller facility, field installation, and submittals
- Project proposal pricing and preparation
- Reviewing design documents authored by outside firms
- Defining project scopes
- Developing drawings and specifications
- Customer project reviews to determine scope requirements
- •Inside and Outside sales technical support
Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
- An Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited university
- A minimum of 3 years of Electrical Engineering experience in electrical controls and/or power distribution equipment
- Must possess experience working effectively and collaboratively with senior management, project managers, field supervisors, designers and trades personnel to accomplish Company objectives
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects or assignments and to complete them within the time allotted.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for project results
- Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Must be willing to perform site visits
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Candidates must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office and have a working knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code and National Electric Code.
