Used Truck Sales Manager and New Truck Sales Manager

Our Richmond, Virginia dealership is seeking to hire a Used Truck Sales Manager and a New Truck Sales Manager that will embrace our culture and take our truck sales to the next level.
The Truck Sales Managers are responsible for successfully managing our new and used truck departments including managing our inventory, working with truck sales representatives and customers, and selling trucks.
Optimal candidates will have a track record of at least 5 years of successful selling with at least 2 of those years in sales management. Experience in truck or auto industry preferred. Must be able to demonstrate an ability to successfully work with people, including fellow employees, customers, and vendors. Must also be able to demonstrate excellent supervisory skills and organizational skills. Mechanical knowledge of vehicles preferred. Must have or be willing and able to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
