Truck Sales Manager

Our HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND dealership is seeking to hire a Truck Sales Manager who will embrace our culture and take the Used Truck sales to the next level.
The Truck Sales Manager is responsible for successfully managing our new and used truck sales department including managing our inventory, working with truck sales representatives and customers, and selling trucks.
Optimal candidates will have a track record of at least 5 years of successful selling with at least 2 of those years in sales management. Experience in truck or auto industry preferred. Must be able to demonstrate an ability to successfully work with people, including fellow employees, customers, and vendors. Must also be able to demonstrate excellent supervisory skills and organizational skills. Mechanical knowledge of vehicles preferred. Must have or be willing and able to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
