Our flagship dealership, Harrisonburg, VA, is seeking to hire a Dealership Service Manager who will embrace our culture and take the Service Department to the next level.
Overall responsibility for service department operations for Kenworth, and Volvo dealership. Supervises 30 supervisory, warranty, and technical personnel on two shifts. Qualified candidates will have a least five years of service management experience in the automotive, truck fleet or truck dealership environment. A thorough knowledge of trucks, components and systems would be preferred. Must relate to and communicate well with customers, warranty, technical and supervisory associates. Computer skills, vendor knowledge, organizational skills, proven management abilities and a strong customer service orientation are required.
