The right candidate must be experienced in stick, MIG, and TIG. He or she must also be able to take field measures, read blue prints, and layout work. Previous forging or finishing experience is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and be a proactive team player. Good pay, vacation, holidays, and benefit package with health and dental.
